About Moonlight
A family-owned, woman-owned commercial cleaning company servicing federal, commercial, and institutional facilities across New England.
Our Story
Moonlight Commercial Cleaning is a family-owned and operated facility services company headquartered in Kensington, New Hampshire. We service offices, medical practices, federal buildings, post-construction sites, and industrial facilities across Seacoast NH, Greater Boston, North Shore Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.
Founded by Haley Gallagher and her husband Gesiel DaSilva, Moonlight has grown into an active federal contractor with credentials at the United States Navy, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and Boston Logan International Airport. We have built our business on consistency, federal-grade compliance, and the principle that property managers and facility directors deserve a cleaning vendor they don't have to manage.
How We Operate
We deliver core facility services — office cleaning, floor care, post-construction — with our own W-2 workforce. We do not use 1099 contractors. Every Moonlight employee is background-checked, E-Verify confirmed, and trained on our standards before deployment to any client site.
For broader facility services needs — landscaping, snow management, pest control, HVAC coordination, general maintenance — we coordinate trusted regional partners under our contract umbrella. Property managers and facility directors who want consolidated vendor management can hire Moonlight as their single point of contact across the full scope.
Federal Standards
Moonlight holds active federal contracts at the United States Navy at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and the Drug Enforcement Administration's Northeast Regional Laboratory in Londonderry, New Hampshire. Our team holds active federal security clearances and GSA HSPD-12 credentials. We are SAM.gov registered, WOSB pending with the SBA, OSHA-trained, lift-certified, and insured at $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate.
These federal standards aren't just for federal work. They're the operating baseline for every Moonlight contract — which is why commercial property managers and facility directors choose us for environments that demand more.
Leadership Team
Haley Gallagher
Owner & Managing Member
Haley Gallagher is the Owner and Managing Member of Moonlight Commercial Cleaning, directing the company's strategy, federal contracting, and client relationships across an active portfolio of commercial, institutional, and federal facility services contracts in New England.
Under Haley's direction, Moonlight services facilities for the United States Navy at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, the Drug Enforcement Administration's Northeast Regional Laboratory, and Boston Logan International Airport. She holds active DEA security clearance, GSA HSPD-12 federal credentials, and unescorted federal facility access — clearances earned through years of consistent performance on federal sites.
Haley brings a background in multi-entity financial and operational management to her role and serves as the company's authorized representative for all federal contracts. She is the principal point of accountability for contract performance, federal compliance, and client relationships across Moonlight's portfolio.
Moonlight is a family-owned and woman-owned business. Haley holds majority ownership of the company alongside her husband and Co-Owner Gesiel DaSilva. Haley is based in Kensington, New Hampshire.

Gesiel DaSilva
Co-Owner & Field Operations Lead
Gesiel DaSilva serves as Co-Owner and Field Operations Lead for Moonlight Commercial Cleaning, with direct responsibility for on-site execution, crew leadership, and quality assurance across the company's federal and commercial contracts.
Gesiel holds two of the most rigorous federal security clearances available to commercial cleaning contractors. He holds active Navy facility clearance and unescorted access at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard under the NAVFAC P-381 program, where he serves as Field Manager on the United States Navy's active construction support project. He also holds active DEA security clearance through his work at the Drug Enforcement Administration's Northeast Regional Laboratory, where he has led cleaning operations across all phases of the facility's program.
The combination of active Navy and DEA clearances reflects the highest standard of federal personnel vetting available to commercial contractors and is exceptionally uncommon in the industry. Gesiel is OSHA-10 certified and oversees field deployment, supervisory leadership, and federal site protocols across all Moonlight facilities. He is trilingual.
Marulysses "Mario" Maia
Director of Operations
Mario Maia serves as Director of Operations for Moonlight Commercial Cleaning, leading day-to-day operations, account management, quality control, and team development across the company's federal and commercial portfolio. He brings 25 years of senior facility services leadership across the Boston region's most demanding institutional environments.
Mario's career includes operational leadership at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, ABM Aviation at Boston Logan International Airport, Crothall Healthcare, and Healthcare Services Group — a combination of research, transportation, and healthcare environments that few operations leaders in the region can match. At MIT he managed a 45-person union custodial workforce on one of the world's leading research campuses. At Logan Airport he served as Terminal Manager with operational responsibility for a 135-person staff in one of New England's highest-traffic and most security-sensitive facilities.
This background gives Mario operational fluency in Massachusetts prevailing wage and union labor environments, healthcare infection control and environmental services protocols, aviation facility security, and the realities of leading crews inside occupied, mission-critical buildings.
Mario holds OSHA 30 certification, Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional (CHESP) credentials, GSA HSPD-12 federal credentials, and more than 50 additional professional certifications spanning bloodborne pathogen response, chemical safety, floor care, infection control, and aviation facility protocols. He is trilingual.
