Construction site with exposed ceiling framework, scattered debris, and construction materials in progress.

Post-Construction Cleaning That Hits the Schedule

Three-phase cleaning — rough, final, and white-glove — for general contractors and developers across New England. OSHA-trained and lift-certified crews. COI in 24 hours. Davis-Bacon and prevailing wage experienced.

Post-construction cleaning is the difference between hitting your turnover date and missing it. Most GCs find out the cleaning crew isn't going to work out three days before substantial completion — when there's no time to bring in a backup. Moonlight is built to be the cleaning sub you don't have to worry about. We've delivered on federal sites, hospital construction, airport projects, and multi-state retail rollouts. We show up, have the people, and hit the schedule.

Three-Phase Cleaning Process

  • Phase 1: Rough Clean

    • Removal of construction debris, large-scale dust mitigation, sweeping and vacuuming throughout the site. Coordination with other trades still on site. OSHA-30 supervisor present.

  • Phase 2: Final Clean

    • Detailed cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures, floors, glass, and finishes. All construction residue removed. Punch-list response. Final dust removal before owner walkthrough.

  • Phase 3: White-Glove Clean

    • Top-to-bottom detail cleaning for owner turnover. Every surface, every fixture, every corner inspected. Documented quality control. Ready for ribbon cutting.

Why General Contractors Choose Moonlight for Post-Construction

We Hit the Schedule

We staff to your turnover date, not our convenience. If you need 12 cleaners on Tuesday and 24 on Wednesday, we deliver. Our crews are W-2 employees, not day labor — so we can scale up reliably.

Davis-Bacon and Prevailing Wage Experienced

Federal Davis-Bacon Act compliance. Massachusetts prevailing wage (M.G.L. c. 149 § 27). Certified payroll filed through LCPtracker. We've delivered certified payroll on Boston Logan Airport (Massport, TRAC Builders) and Portsmouth Naval Shipyard (NAVFAC P-381).

Lift-Certified for Elevated Work

Our crews are lift-certified for atrium cleaning, high-bay light fixture work, exterior glass at multi-story heights, and any other elevated cleaning your site requires. Most local cleaning subs can't legally do this work.

COI in 24 Hours

Certificates of insurance delivered to your project administrator within 24 hours of request. $2 million per occurrence, $4 million aggregate. Workers' compensation on every crew member.

OSHA-30 Supervision

Every Moonlight crew on a construction site is supervised by an OSHA-30-certified team member. Job hazard analyses, written safety programs, and incident reporting procedures are documented and ready for your safety meetings.
