  • Moonlight is family-owned and woman-owned. Haley Gallagher holds majority ownership and serves as Owner and Managing Member. Her husband, Gesiel DaSilva, is Co-Owner and Field Operations Lead.

  • Moonlight Commercial Cleaning is headquartered in Kensington, New Hampshire. We service facilities across Seacoast NH, Greater Boston, North Shore Massachusetts, and Southern Maine.

Office Cleaning & Service Delivery

  • Every Moonlight employee is a W-2 employee. We do not use 1099 contractors. This means your building gets the same trained crew every visit, accountable to our supervisors and trained on our standards.

  • Yes. Our crews bring commercial-grade equipment and standard cleaning supplies. If you'd prefer Moonlight manage your facility's consumable supplies, we offer that as an integrated program with consolidated billing.

  • Yes. Property managers and facility directors with multi-building portfolios consolidate their cleaning under a single Moonlight contract with one point of contact and one invoice.

Post-Construction & Federal Work

  • Yes. Moonlight holds active federal contracts and is registered on SAM.gov. We are experienced with Davis-Bacon Act compliance, Massachusetts prevailing wage, and certified payroll filing through LCPtracker.

  • Yes. Multiple Moonlight personnel hold OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. Our crews are lift-certified for aerial work platform operation, including high-bay work, atrium cleaning, and exterior glass at multi-story heights.

Pricing & Insurance

  • Moonlight carries $2 million per occurrence and $4 million aggregate general liability insurance, plus workers' compensation on every W-2 employee. Certificates of Insurance are provided to property managers and GCs within 24 hours of request.

  • Recurring cleaning is typically priced as a flat monthly rate based on scope, square footage, and frequency. Project work (post-construction, floor care) is priced per project or per square foot. We provide written proposals after a walk-through, typically within three business days.
